Conversion of grade 2* listed barn on the Heritage England Heritage at Risk Register. The scheme of conversion takes account of a number of constraints, but also opportunities for creating large spacious, well-lit dwellings.  The simple nature of the conversion has cost and conservation benefits; it allows the historic building fabric to be emphasised without being overshadowed by sub-division, overly fussy or elaborate interventions. 

The reuse of the building and the approach taken retains maximum fabric while finding new and appropriate uses, which do not impede on the understanding of the building and its past.
